Producer

The Producers serve as the main catalyst between the Myriad team and the client’s designated project manager. The Producer facilitates and directs the project team and the client to meet the over arching goal through communication and documentation. The Producer will facilitate development schedules, approvals, content development, asset management, and most other management aspects related to the project. Usually, once assigned to a client, one Producer becomes the primary point of contact for the life of the project.

Designer

The Designer work in concert with the Developers and Producers and are responsible for the creative direction, defining the theme, mood, style, and layout of the project interface. The Designer will develop the project vision, a combination of the client’s expectations and the developed concepts, and communicate with the team to ensure that it is brought to fruition. The Designer will collaborate with the producer to develop the creative strategy and design composition screens.

Programmer

The Programmers confer with the Designers to map the site’s front-end interaction with the database, content management system, and all other server side components. Once mapped, the programmer identifies and plans the implementation of the technology that needs to be developed. Upon the completion of the database design, the Programmers work with the Designers, and the Web Developers to integrate the content management system, and all other dynamic functions of the site.

Web Developer

The Web Developers can wear multiple hats. They work in concert with the Producers, Designers, and Programmers, using a range of design skills, programming techniques and specialized software to design, build, implement and maintain our client websites. The exact nature of their role can vary from project to project, with a focus shifting from exclusive ‘front-end’ creative design to ‘back-end’ programming and technology. Most projects require a balanced mix of these roles.

Marketers

The Marketers are responsible for initiating and maintaining a "conversation", not only between us and our clients, but more importantly between our clients and their customers. How well that conversation goes is paramount in achieving and measuring the success of our client's online communication and marketing goals. Thus, through a mix of personal interaction and online technology (e.g. Polls, Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, etc.), the Marketers work to realize those goals.

User Experience Specialists

The User Specialist actively works with the client and project team to analyze and understand their business requirements while providing workflow analysis and user interface requirements needed that define the foundationof the site's design. The User Specialist creates personas, site maps, interaction and task-flow diagrams, wireframes, required to document thesite's user experience. The User Specialist serves as the champion of a user-centered design approach to ensure an intuitive design that aligns with the client's business goals and meets the needs their customers.
